Lista lighthouse

Lista lighthouse

Lista lighthouse is one of the many “cathedrals of the coast”, a cultural monument that – in a special way – helps to characterise Norway as a coastal and seafaring nation.

As well as receiving between 30,000 and 40,000 visitors a year, Lista lighthouse also offers overnight accommodation. A visit here combines natural beauty, the tang of saltwater and lapping waves with the time and tranquility to relax.

An authentic taste of coast culture!

A visit to Lista lighthouse is an adventure. The lighthouse was built in 1833 and is situated at Ytre Listalandet, approx. 15-20 minutes’ drive from the hotel. The tower is 34 m high, and from the top you can look out to sea and reflect on all the eras of shipping the lighthouse keepers have experienced.
